QUALITY CONTROL AND CERTIFICATES

The Quality Control Depatment at R&R has responsibilities to keep customer satisfactory products, with quality of the end product being the main objective. Coffe Roasters go through rigorous testing to make sure they’re well-engineered, safe and comfortable.

• Quality Department responsibilities for QC are as follows:
• Evaluation of new vendors/materials
• Approve or reject all procedures, specification, methods, and results.
• Approve or reject all raw materials, packaging materials, labeling and finished products.
• Review all production records for accuracy and completeness before approving for distibution.
• Increase quality through continuous improvements
• Ensure certification compliance
